The numbers of this chart are simply crazy...I cannot believe how much oil is leaking into the ocean. There has got to be a better way to get energy then pumping oil out from the ground.

Are we doomed as a society? The impact that this spill has on the environment is incalculable. How very very sad.
It is such a tragedy. I can't imagine what impact this is going to have...I don't think 'they' have any idea either.
